Deleting your account and data

App: Repzy (com.repzy.app)

Option 1 — From inside the app (recommended, immediate)

1. Open Repzy.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Tap Delete my account at the bottom.
4. Type DELETE in the confirmation box and confirm.

Your account and all records are deleted immediately and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.

Option 2 — If you already uninstalled the app

Email kuzey.gokgoz@outlook.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We do not ask for any other identifying information — the request coming from your registered address is enough.

We complete the request and confirm it in writing within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email and session data)
• Your profile: name, sex, year of birth, height, goal, experience, equipment, activity level
• Your measurement history: weight, tape measurements, body-fat estimates
• Your workouts and sets
• Your food and water logs
• Your nutrition targets and coaching brief history
• Your AI usage records

Retention period

Deletion happens in the database immediately. Full removal from technical backups takes up to 30 days, after which no copy remains.
